1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped from The Treatment Skin Boutique in Claremont, California.
We strive to process and fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $125
We currently offer shipping through USPS and UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s real-time rates, your selected service level, and destination.
Available shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: USPS First Class or UPS Ground (delivery in 3–7 business days)
- Priority Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day (delivery in 2–3 business days)
- Next-Day Shipping: USPS Express or UPS Next Day Air (delivery in 1 business day)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not currently offer free shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Some tracking information depends on the carrier and NOT The Treatment Skin Boutique.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check your shipping address and surroundings (porch, mailbox, neighbors, etc.).
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
- If the carrier confirms a delivery issue, please email us at hello@getthetreatment.com — we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
The Treatment Skin Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We are not responsible for duties, customs fees, or delays for international shipments if they are added in the future.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped and are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
